Savills has added to its building & project consultancy team with the appointment of James Stack who joins as a director at the firm’s Cambridge office.
James has over 15 years experience in the commercial property sector, joining from Capita where he worked within their building consultancy team for a number of key occupier and investor clients including AXA, Aviva, LaSalle, McDonalds, Sue Ryder and Sainsbury’s. Specialising in contract administration, dilapidations and due diligence, at Savills James will focus on growing the professional services offer in Cambridge.
