Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has expanded to keep pace with a growing workload with the appointment of a new Associate Director.
Andrew Lewis joins the Chartered Surveyors practice, which has offices in Worcester, Bromsgrove and Droitwich, from Lambert Smith Hampton’s London office. At GJS Dillon he will work closely with Managing Director John Dillon on the firm’s commercial agency work, letting and selling office and industrial buildings.
A Chartered Surveyor, with a first class honours degree in Real Estate, Mr Lewis is a former pupil of The King’s School Worcester and returns to his native county with this move.
Mr Dillon says: “Having worked for Lambert Smith Hampton myself for a number of years, I know the calibre of training and work which their surveyors undertake, so Andrew comes to us with some first rate experience in commercial agency at a time when our team is increasingly busy. He has also got the major advantage of local knowledge and contacts to pick up on as he returns home from London.
Mr Lewis says: “I am delighted to join Worcestershire’s premier commercial property agency and I am very much looking forward to working closely with John Dillon.”
With offices in Worcester, Droitwich and Bromsgrove, GJS Dillon is the largest firm of Chartered Surveyors headquartered in Worcestershire. It offers a comprehensive commercial property service, including commercial agency, acquisition and business relocation, commercial property management, valuations, and building consultancy, and unrivalled geographical coverage, throughout Worcestershire and along the M5 and A38 corridors.
