Alan Chandler of Chandler Garvey, acting on behalf of Camlux Limited have secured a letting of around 4,200 sq ft on the first floor at Gatehouse Way, above Barclays Bank. NES Healthcare are currently also occupying office accommodation in Alton House in Gatehouse Way.
The suite was completely refurbished by the Landlord prior to occupation. NES Healthcare have agreed a rental close to the asking rent of £14.50 per sq ft, based on a new 6 year effective full repairing and insuring lease.
Chandler Garvey acted on behalf of the Landlord throughout negotiations.
