Savills, on behalf of Harpin Limited, has let Unit 2A on Pegasus Business Park in Castle Donnington to HSBC Bank plc.
The global banking and financial services organisation has agreed to a new 10-year lease for space totalling 6,332 sq ft (588 sq m) and will occupy the west wing of the second floor in the three storey office building.
Currently part let to PwC, another two suites of 5,976 sq ft (555 sq m) and 7,326 sq ft (680 sq m) remain available to let.
Victor Ktori, head of office at Savills Nottingham, comments: “Situated next to East Midlands International Airport and offering direct access to the M1, Pegasus Business Park provides Grade A office space on a prime business park site ideal for HSBC. The scheme is underpinned by the adjacent SEGRO Logistic Park development, which is set to attract a wide range of commercial occupiers to the area, re-establishing it as a top business location.”
HSBC Bank plc was advised by CBRE. Acting solicitors were Gateley plc and Mills & Reeve LLP.
