Scottish metal supplier Righton has moved to new industrial premises in Cambuslang after leasing a 20,000 sq ft warehouse.
64 Fullarton Drive in Cambuslang Investment Park, a 15 year old detached facility with office and warehousing space, becomes the supplier’s new Scottish HQ.
Righton move from another site within Cambuslang, which is strategically located for access to Scotland’s central belt and beyond. Righton has eight further sites in England.
JLL acted on behalf of the building’s owner BP Ropemaker to secure a long leasehold for £7.50 per square foot per annum in one of Scotland’s premier industrial locations.
Andrew McCracken, Director at JLL, said: “Cambuslang goes from strength to strength as an industrial location, and we’re pleased to be able to help Righton find its new Scottish base. 64 Fullarton Drive has excellent road connectivity to the central belt and beyond, making it ideal for servicing the construction industry across Scotland. We’re also about to begin marketing a 30,000 sq ft unit also within Cambuslang, and with the way the market is performing locally, we’re expecting a high volume of interest.”
