Property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Ed Kennerley as an associate in its Midlands logistics and industrial agency team.
Ashley Hudson, head of the Knight Frank Birmingham office, said: “This is an exciting time for the industrial and logistics sector in the region and Knight Frank is playing a strong part, with recent deals including the disposal of 87,716 sq ft on Burton Gateway and 90,000 sq ft on Hams Hall Distribution Park.”
“We handle many of the key industrial instructions in the region, such as the 2.3 million sq ft industrial development at Prospero Ansty, Coventry, and Birmingham’s premier industrial development site at The Hub, which is home to the new Wholesale Markets.”

Ed joins from Cushman & Wakefield in Birmingham, where he was senior surveyor in the industrial and logistics agency, and prior to that worked at Stoke-on-Trent property agency Louis Taylor.
