Savills has strengthened its building and project consultancy team in its Oxford office with the appointment of Chris Kimber Nickelson as director.
Chris joins from Benfield and Loxley in Oxford and was previously head of development at MEPC. Over the 22 years of his career, he has amassed extensive experience in a range of commercial and residential real estate sectors including industrial, education, and health facilities. In his new role Chris will work across Oxford, Cambridge and London with a focus on project management and the education sector.
