Carter Jonas, on behalf of private landlord J. A. Pitt (Hallatrow) Ltd., has let 16,000 sq ft of space at Old Station Business Park in Hallatrow, near Bristol, to the removal, storage and shipping company, AJ Removals & Deliveries Ltd., on a 15 year lease.
Bath based AJ Removals & Deliveries had been searching for space to grow its business and has added to its main office at Stable Yard Industrial Estate in Bath by taking Units 1 and 6 at Old Station Business Park on Wells Road to accommodate its expansion. The property comprises a warehouse / industrial unit with dock levellers, level loading bays and associated offices.
