Leading commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the appointment of Tony Fisher as its new Head of Exeter Office.
Tony, who joined LSH in 2005 and has headed up the consultancy’s national office division for eleven years, will focus on growing LSH’s presence across the South West. In his new role, Tony will be working alongside LSH Bristol’s head of office, Peter Musgrove, identifying opportunities for the office division and general agency business.
In his time at LSH, Tony has worked on a number of high profile transactions, letting on 100,000 sq ft Stockley Business Park and the sale of 400,000 land registry portfolio raising in excess of £50m for the Treasury.

It’s an exciting time for LSH in this region as we embark on a new era of targeted growth, and I am looking forward to enhancing our service levels, building new client relationships and exploring areas of opportunity, to firmly establish us as the commercial property advisors of choice amongst both occupiers and investors. I have lived in the South West for the past 11 years and consider myself lucky to do so.”
LSH CEO Ezra Nahome said: “Tony is a highly regarded and skilled operator with an unrivalled in-depth knowledge of the office market. During his eleven year tenure as national office head, he has steered the division to new heights, successfully weathering the financial crisis and doubling the division’s turnover. He is perfectly suited to assist our South West office advisory team as we continue to grow our market presence.”
Alongside his new South West responsibilities, Tony will also be heading up LSH’s national business development function for the office division. He will be based in Exeter, working alongside LSH Surveyor Zach Maiden.
In a separate move, Exeter based LSH surveyor Joe Leeming will be leaving to take up a new external role.
