Savills and Alder King on behalf of Patrick Pinker (Game Farms) Ltd have let 3,177 sq ft (295 sq m) of office space to NFU Mutual at Pinkers Court, Briarlands Office Park in North Bristol.
The insurance, investment and financial services firm agreed a new 15 year lease at Unit 9, Pinkers Court at an annual headline rent of £55,000, representing circa £17.25 per sq ft (£185.6 per sq m).

The last available existing office unit on the park, Unit 2 providing 1,557 sq ft (144 sq m), has just been refurbished and is available on a new lease from the landlord.
The office park also has a development site, known as Unit 10 Pinkers Court, which has planning permission and contractors appointed so that it can provide a brand new detached Grade A office of 4,230 sq ft within 6 months of agreeing terms to a new tenant.
