Cushman & Wakefield has made 60 promotions to Partner, Associate/Associate Director and Senior Surveyor level across the UK in its latest round of promotions, including two for its Birmingham office.
Matthew Walker who is part of the Facilities Management team has been promoted to Partner whilst Gemma Constantinou, from the National Logistics & Industrial team in Birmingham has been promoted to Associate.
Matthew joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 and will now lead the Facilities Management UK Regions team. Gemma joined the business as a graduate in 2007 and is responsible for providing advice and developing strategies for disposals and acquisitions on behalf of clients for industrial and logistics buildings, office, and development sites.
