Cushman & Wakefield has made 60 promotions to Partner, Associate/Associate Director and Senior Surveyor level across the UK in its latest round of promotions.
Richard Houghton from Cushman & Wakefield’s Newcastle office has been promoted to Partner. Richard, who is part of the Valuation & Advisory team, joined the business in 2005 and is responsible for a wide range of valuation led instructions, providing advice for Secured Lending, Financial reporting for Accounts, Strategic Estates Advice and valuations for Corporate Recovery.
Sector knowledge covers the full range of commercial property types including Industrial Warehousing and Multi Occupational Estates, High Street/Out of Town Retail, Shopping Centres and Offices. Other specialisms include Public Sector, Local Authority and NHS Estate assets.
