Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP has announced the completion of a deal on a unit at the Old Mill Industrial Estate, Mansfield Woodhouse, and the agreement of a new lease with Cairn Delivery Service Limited. FHP were instructed to market this unit on the 10th January 2018 and within 10 weeks a deal was agreed, and a new tenant secured.
Cairn Delivery Service Limited were formulated in 1976 and have grown into one of Ireland’s leading overnight logistics operators, and this new unit at the Old Mill Industrial Estate helps situate them perfectly logistically to carry on their continued success throughout the country and help strengthen their presence in the East Midlands.
Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP Property Consultants comments:
“Through strong targeted marketing and pulling on our extensive database of live requirements we managed to match this unit to Cairns Delivery Service Limited within days of bringing this instruction to the market, enabling us to agree terms and complete in an incredibly short time frame. Due to us knowing of Carin Delivery Service’s requirement for some time, we knew immediately when bringing this instruction to the market that it was an ideal fit for them.
This deal demonstrates our ability to deliver quick results and to pull on all of our resources to achieve success, our client in this transaction being delighted with the outcome and terms agreed, as well as how promptly we managed to complete. Not only did we achieved excellent terms which both parties were happy with, we prevented the landlord from incurring any loss of rent through void periods and the additional costs which come with an empty unit.
FHP were crowned the most active agents in the East Midlands by the Estate Gazette in 2017 conducting 353 deals in the year, and in particularly successfully completing deals on 1.3 million sq ft of industrial accommodation. Therefore, due to the success achieved on this unit and continued success within the industrial sector we would love the opportunity to discuss any potential new instructions with prospective landlords and tenants in the Mansfield area. We have live requirements from companies throughout the East Midlands who are constantly on the lookout/ searching for industrial units, therefore we would be delighted to discuss any potential opportunities”.
