In a terrific night at Ascot Racecourse hosted by The Business Magazine and compered by extremely funny and tall former England rugby player, Martin Bayfield, the Lambert Smith Hampton Thames Valley team won both Office Consultancy of the year awards, by number of deals and total sq ft.
The awards, based on research from CoStar, highlight the continued leading presence LSH has in the Thames Valley office market. After London, the Thames Valley is the next largest property market in the UK by both volume of deals and density.
Nick Coote, Head of the Thames Valley for LSH collected the award and comments: “This is now the 5th consecutive year that we have won at the Thames Valley Property Awards. It was gratifying to win both these agency awards but also significant that we were finalists in industrial and management categories, testimonial to our status as the leading commercial property agency in the Thames Valley.”
The Thames Valley Property Awards were host by The Business Magazine and partnered with Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice with the evening raising a total of £12,000 in aid of this amazing charity.
