JLL has appointed Sebastian Stevens as an associate director in its Planning, Development & Heritage team based in London.
Sebastian joins JLL from national planning consultancy Lichfields, where his diverse workload included employment schemes, leisure and tourism development, infrastructure work and minerals, residential projects and environmental assessments.
Sebastian will reinforce JLL’s commitment to the industrial, alternatives and hotel sectors. He will work with JLL’s Planning, Development & Heritage team chairman Jeff Field, across public and private sector clients and will lead on work in the growing area of data centres as well as education and employment proposals.
