Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of the first floor suite at 40/42 High Street, Honiton, Devon on behalf of their clients. The open plan commercial space was to let at a quoting rent of £9,800 per annum.
The property was within a Grade II Listed building and was centrally located within the High Street of Honiton. The first floor extended to 186 m2 (2,000 ft2) plus cloakroom facilities and the premises also included a parking space.
