A leading property consultancy has expanded its regional planning team to respond to an increase in work as a result of strong growth across the West Midlands.
Fisher German has appointed Stephen Holloway as a planner at its regional office in Worcester to help service the firm’s ever-expanding and diverse client base.
Stephen has nine years’ experience in the planning sector and joins the firm from Wychavon District Council. He will be working on a range projects across the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors.
The appointment comes just eight months after associate planner Greg Collings, Fisher German’s lead planner in the West Midlands region, joined the firm.
The expansion is on the back of a large number of successes including gaining planning permission for numerous residential and commercial schemes.
Stephen said: “I was extremely pleased to have the opportunity to join Fisher German, a very well-respected firm in the industry.
“The growth of the planning team within the region is extremely exciting and I look forward to contributing to the service’s ongoing success.”
Greg, who has been a chartered planner for 12 years, added: “It is a very exciting time for the planning service across Fisher German as we continue to grow.
“It is excellent to welcome Stephen to the firm, he is really keen to deliver and support us in strengthening our service offering for clients.”
