Leading industrial developer and asset manager, Chancerygate has been granted planning permission to develop a 63,000 sq ft trade park development in Livingston, Scotland.
The site, which is one of West Lothian’s prime locations, is situated on Houston Road within the established Houstoun Industrial Estate, adjacent to J3 of the M8 motorway.
The scheme, which is marketed by JLL and Colliers International, will provide nine units ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 66,900 sq ft, available on a leasehold basis. Local occupiers include Screwfix, Tile Giant, Toolstation and Hire Station.
Mike Walker, Development Director for Chancerygate commented: “We have been encouraged by the early interest shown in the scheme which has enabled us to move forward and achieve planning permission and we are now working towards developing out on a speculative basis.”
Now that planning has been secured, Chancerygate aim to be on site by Summer 2018.
Planning Consultants were Hourigan Connolly and the architects on the scheme are Stephens George.
