Internet marketing company Yard Digital has moved into Wales’ highest office – the top floor suite at Capital Tower in Cardiff city centre.
Yard is one of four companies in the past three months to choose Capital Tower – Cardiff’s tallest office building – as its base. It has taken 5,558 sq ft on the 23rd floor at a rental of £16.50 per sq ft. Founded in 2006 in Cardiff, Yard is relocating from Eastgate House on Newport Road.
Leap Legal Software has also moved into the refurbished Capital Tower office building. The firm provides specialised IT systems for law firms and sole practitioners, and has six offices across the UK. It has leased 2,210 sq ft on the 7th floor, on a new five year lease.
In addition, Recruit 101 has expanded in the building and leased 5,558 sq ft on the 18th floor at a rental of £16.00 per sq ft, and Object Matrix Limited is leasing 4,552 sq ft with space on both the 14th and 1st floors.
Landlord Topland recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment of the office building, and was advised in the transactions by property agents Knight Frank and Fletcher Morgan.
Seven new lettings were completed in 2017 totalling 27,656 sq ft and, with the last floor currently under offer, there is only 2,000 sq ft remaining.

Other recent arrivals to the building include DevOpsGuys and Pageant Media.
With a range of spaces available in the Business Centre, Capital Tower can accommodate occupier requirements from two to 200 staff.
