National commercial property and investment company LCP has appointed a new asset manager for its portfolio in the south and east of England.
Simon Haarer joins LCP’s London Millbank offices to manage the company’s retail and industrial portfolios. He was previously at CBRE, where he was associate director.
“When the opportunity came to join LCP, I was keen to join the firm because it is possible to really live and breath the assets, treating them like your own and where you are rewarded for doing so,” he said.
“My main focus will be maximising current revenue streams, look for new income opportunities and keep voids to a minimum. I will relish the challenge.”
Welcoming Simon to LCP, managing director Nick Burgess said: “As we continue to grow our portfolio across the country, we need talented asset managers like Simon who have the experience and ability to ensure our stock is good quality, meets the needs of tenants and also provides good returns.”
