Commercial property agent Scott Osborne has been recognised with a prestigious industry award for the second year in a row.
The associate director at Innes England has once again been named ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ for Nottinghamshire in the Estates Gazette Interactive competition after completing more deals in the county than any other agent during the last 12 months.
Scott said: “I’m very proud to have been named Dealmaker of the Year for two consecutive years. Overall the picture in Nottinghamshire in 2017 was very good, but the biggest challenge the industry is facing is the lack of stock, most notably in the industrial sector.
“It’s an honour for me personally but the award is also a reflection on the team at Innes England, which continues to deliver results for our clients year on year.”
Since joining the firm more than ten years ago as a graduate, Scott has risen through the ranks and developed in-depth market knowledge of the region. In his role, Scott leads on commercial property and lease consultancy matters, acting on behalf of clients to dispose of and acquire new units.
Over the course of 2017, Scott has worked on a diverse succession of deals including lettings at Sabre 113 in Colwick, 40,000 sq ft at Millennium Business Park in Mansfield and Moorbridge Road, Bingham.
Matthew Hannah, head of agency at Innes England, added: “This award is just reward for the hard work Scott consistently puts in throughout the year to deliver an exceptional service to his clients.”
Throughout the East Midlands, Innes England completed more than 400 deals across the industrial, office, retail, leisure and investment sectors for its clients over the course of the year.
