The remaining 5 acres of the popular Holywell Business Park in Southam, Warwickshire has been sold to Warwickshire County Council and Maricott Developments by Rego Property.
The 25 acre site which comprises a Tesco Superstore together with a modern office and industrial development has been a major success for Rego and the region providing new and modern office and industrial accommodation in South Warwickshire.
Warwickshire has the fastest growing economy in the country and recently released figures reveal that since 2009 Warwickshire has recorded the biggest growth in productivity of any local authority area in England. The region as a whole is buoyant with productivity in the Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership area having outgrown every other LEP in the country.
Chris White of White Commercial Surveyors Banbury, together with Wareing Company Leamington Spa advised Rego Properties on the scheme.
Chris White comments “This development has contributed substantially to the economy of South Warwickshire where there is significant commercial and residential growth being experienced due in part to the town’s location along the London to Birmingham M40 motorway. Companies for the scheme have originated both from Warwickshire and North Oxfordshire. The new purchasers of the remaining land are set to develop a range of industrial / warehouse units.
