Hanover Green has promoted four members of staff, two of them in the company’s retail arm Hanover Green Retail.
Laura Thursfield and Emma Flather in the retail and leisure team have been promoted to partner while Alice Thornton becomes an associate in the West End offices department and in the South East agency team Harry Pruden is now a senior surveyor.
Laura has over nine years of agency experience. She specialises in leasing major London estates as well as advising international retailers on their expansion into Central London.
Among her current projects are Carnaby, Long Acre Covent Garden, Coal Drops Yard and Old Spitalfields Market. While she has recently acquired flagship stores for a number of international brands. She joined Hanover Green Retail in 2017 as an associate partner.
Emma advises several of London’s principal landlords on their restaurant holdings and has over seven years experience. She joined Hanover Green Retail as an associate partner in 2017 and works on Borough Market, Neal’s Yard, Seven Dials, Carnaby and Coal Drops Yard.
With over seven years’ experience, Alice specialises in West End office agency advising landlords and tenants on the letting and acquisition of office accommodation. She joined in 2016.
Harry started at Hanover Green as a graduate surveyor in 2014 and works on lease advisory and office agency across London and the South East.
