Nick Greene has joined the Milton Park team as the new Head of Property & Estate Management at Milton Park.
Led by MEPC’s Commercial Director, Philip Campbell the Milton Park team now totals eighteen people. In his new role Nick will lead the CBRE Property & Facilities Management group responsible for the day to day running of the park.
Nick joins the Milton Park team from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, where he was the asset manager for the Council’s £250m commercial property investment portfolio.
Previously he spent 14 years managing properties and business parks owned by Goodman and Arlington Securities, including Harwell Campus and Oxford Business Park, and overall Nick has over 25 years’ experience of commercial property.
