Industrial specialist LM6 has announced the purchase of Image Business Park on Knowsley Industrial Park in Liverpool for £3.5m.
The site, has been acquired by Knowsley Image Business Park Ltd, an associate of Seybourne Estates, from Acorn Developments (Kirkby) Limited, a subsidiary of IPP.
Formerly one of Kodak’s largest sites in the UK, Image Business Park extends over 38 acres providing 400,000 sq ft of office, warehouse and industrial space and key tenants include Surface Transforms, Future Industrial Services and Ames Goldsmith.

Knowsley Business Park is home to over 3,700 businesses. It is the second largest industrial area in the North West and Knowsley has seen the largest growth in GVA per head of population in the whole of the UK.
To capitalise on this, Seybourne Estates plans to undertake selective development to release 15 acres of the site for industrial or warehousing on a build-to-suit basis with units from 50 to 250,000 sq ft.
LM6 acted for the buyer and their associate Seybourne Estates and are retained to secure occupiers for new development. The vendors were represented by Keppie Massey.
