Commercial Property Agents and Chartered Surveyors, London Clancy, have announced the appointment of Lisa Tippen BSc [Hons] MRICS as Head of Professional and Consultancy Services at their Southampton Office.
Lisa will work alongside Head of Agency, David Heda, and Alex Welch in dealing with Valuation, Landlord and Tenant, Investment and Asset Management work. Lisa is an RICS Registered Valuer and an RICS APC Assessor and Mentor.
Southampton Office Director Mark Clancy says ‘ Lisa has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the South Coast property market having been based in the area throughout her career and through her work in both the private and public sectors, including previous posts with Knight Frank, Fareham Borough Council and Associated British Ports. We are delighted to welcome Lisa to the team.’
