DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading independent firms of chartered surveyors, has appointed one new Director and five new Associates. The appointments, which are effective from 1 April 2018, have been made following a period of recent rapid growth.
Ken Topping, a member of the firm’s West Commercial Valuation team has been made Director.
Mr Topping, who is based in Hamilton and was formerly an Associate, said: “I joined DM Hall in 2002 and have spent most of that time undertaking a range of commercial and trading related business valuations, mostly in the west of the country, from the Scottish islands down to the Border. I am very pleased to be promoted to Director and will continue, of course, to service our clients to the highest professional standards.”
The new Associates are Ayr-based Anthony Zdanowicz, a member of the West Commercial Agency team; Chris Stark, a residential surveyor based in Kirkcaldy; Dunfermline-based Susan McRitchie, Head of Legal Searches; Jamie Savage, a West Commercial Valuation team member who is based in the Glasgow North office and Neil McKenzie, the firm’s marketing manager, who operates from Hamilton and Edinburgh.
Managing Partner of DM Hall, Eric Curran, said: “As a firm we are in the very fortunate position of having a surfeit of talent on our team. These promotions have been made in recognition of that fact and are aimed at ensuring that talent continues to flow upwards and to make clear to our clients that we continue to employ a highly-experienced cohort of professionals throughout Scotland.
“We congratulate our colleagues on their well-deserved promotions and wish them every success for the future.”
