Anastasia Hernandez-Beaumont has been promoted to Bruton Knowles’ fast-growing commercial team in response to increased activity across the sector.
The team, headed by Commercial Partner Dorian Wragg, advises clients on development and property asset management projects including business parks, industrial estates; offices; shopping centres; hotels; service stations; food courts; garages and forecourts and renewable energy assets.
Originally from Dorset, Anastasia studied a Masters Degree in International Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester after previously graduating in languages.
She has already gained a wide range of experience working in commercial property markets as diverse as Kuala Lumpur and London before joining Bruton Knowles in 2016.
She said: “I am very excited to be moving across to the commercial team in time to work on a range of business projects across the Three Counties Region.”
Anastasia has widespread experience working across the sector with private landowner clients, Local Authorities, national housebuilders, land promotion companies and charities.
Dorian Wragg added: “Bruton Knowles now has what must be one of the largest and most experienced commercial teams in the region and we are well placed to deliver the high quality advice they have come to expect and value.”
