Caxtons Chartered Surveyors has completed the let of 4,435 sq ft of office space on a new full repairing and insuring 5-year lease at The Courtyard in Gillingham. Incoming tenant Dynasafe BACTEC Ltd, a leading Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Mine Action company, will be moving into their new offices as soon as possible.
