The site of the former Dobwalls Adventure Park near Liskeard is being offered for sale by Alder King in Truro on behalf of the receivers Allsop.
The site, which extends to approximately 22 acres (8.9 hectares), is set within attractive rolling countryside and includes many buildings and amenities previously used as part of the park.
These include buildings extending to 27,658 sq ft (2,569.4 sq m) which previously accommodated a large soft play area, a cafe and museum. Externally previous land uses include bases for 15 holiday lodges, a landscaped area formerly used as a feature train track, a car parking area which has recently had temporary consent for caravans and camping, a field and some attractively planted amenity land.
Tom Duncan of Alder King says: “It is unusual for a site offering such varied potential to come onto the open market and is therefore likely to attract a wide variety of interest from inside and outside the county. Rarely do we get the opportunity to market a property offering such a wide variety of buildings and land.”
