CEG, advised jointly by Savills and Barker Storey Matthews, has let further office space at Stuart House on City Road, Peterborough to Frontline Limited and Marsh Corporate Services Limited.
Frontline, who sell magazines through 55,000 retailers in the UK and Ireland, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for 11,727 sq ft (1,089 sq m) on the first floor of the three storey building.
In addition, Marsh Corporate Services has agreed to a new five-year lease for part of the third floor totalling 1,890 sq ft (175 sq m).
William Rose, director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “The latest deals at Stuart House are testament to the strength of the building following the large investment that the landlord has made, including new gym and café facilities alongside the refurbished reception space. For this reason, we have already received a number of enquiries from occupiers interested in the remaining space and various discussions are ongoing.”
Frontline Limited was advised by Thornham Advisory and Bluefin Insurance Services Limited was advised by Spring 4.
