On the instructions of Alford Technologies Ltd, Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has agreed two new leases for a total of 4,312 sq ft at Glenmore Business Park in Chippenham, on the Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate Wiltshire, on behalf of Alford Technologies.
Following the relocation and expansion of their business premises Alford Technologies Ltd released unit 17 and 18 Glenmore Business Park.
Seal Holdings, a retail wholesaler of hardware, paints and glass, has taken Unit 17 (2,118 sq ft) on a 10 year lease at the quoting rent of £17,500 per annum.
MP Engineering, a precision engineering company, has taken Unit 18 (2,194 sq ft) on a 10 year lease, again at the quoting rent of £17,500 per annum.
Both modern steel portal framed industrial units come with parking and are in a prominent location on Vincients Road, Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate just south of Junction 17, M4.
The well-presented units have good loading facilities as well as a full mezzanine floor providing the flexibility of additional storage or offices. These attributes combined with their prominent position provides for an excellent customer facing image for each business to grow.
