Windover Court Industrial Estate has been sold by White Commercial in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
The estate, comprising 5 units, totalled over 17,000 sq ft and was purchased by The Pears Group. The investment produced a net income of over £78,400 per annum exclusive and White Commercial Surveyors achieved close to their asking price of £900,000.
Huntingdon is home to a multitude of international businesses including ABB Bosch and Hotel Chocolat, with the region boasting a thriving small to medium sized business sector with over 60,000 enterprises and 700,000 jobs generating over £30 billion per annum. White Commercial Surveyors acted for an in-house client having managed the estate for over 10 years.
Ben Grossmann MRICS of Pears Property, who acquired the property, commented: “Windover Court is a well let industrial asset in an excellent region that will fit well within the group’s holding”.
