Acting for the GP partnership at Crewkerne Health Centre in Somerset, GVA has negotiated the sale of the health centre investment to Assura PLC.
The 544 sq m health centre is let to Symphony Healthcare with the Crewkerne pharmacy also occupying 43 sq m.
The specialist healthcare team at GVA has been involved in a number of similar investment transactions recently including with the Highbridge Medical Centre, and the Warwick House health centre in Taunton, both to Assura PLC.
