Kier Property, the development arm of the Kier Group, has commenced on site at Logistics City in Basingstoke. This development will bring new high-quality warehouse and industrial space to the market at Houndmills Industrial Estate.
The new site, developed under Kier Property’s mid-box industrial brand; Logistics City will be available to let in Q1 2019. The completed site will house three units; 22,604 sq ft, 36,059 sq ft and 49,514 sq ft, with 28, 49 and 19 car parking spaces respectively, which is being constructed by Kier Construction.
Logistics City Basingstoke is 45 miles to the south west of London, adjacent to Junctions 6 &7 of the M3 Motorway. The closest station is Basingstoke, where trains direct to London Waterloo take 49 minutes.
