Barker Storey Matthews has been appointed by Wordie Properties Ltd, a Scottish Property Company, as the managing agent for the recently completed retail parade of five units in Godmanchester, Huntingdon.
The King James Retail Centre is the retail provision and one of the focal points of the new residential development, Romans’ Edge on the eastern edge of Godmanchester, south of the A14 and the A1198 and close to Cardinal Distribution Centre.
The Co-operative Food, which is already trading, anchors the parade which will also include other occupiers from an estage agent to a charity shop and a restaurant/takeaway – all serving the needs of the new neighbourhood as well as those of the more established community in the area.
King James Retail Centre, Godmanchester is the latest retail property management instruction added to Barker Storey Matthews’ portfolio of managed retail properties across a number of locations in East Anglia and the Home Counties – including Huntingdon, Peterborough and Stevenage.
