Property advisor JLL has let a 2,162 sq ft office suite at 83 Fountain Street, Manchester to Get Recruited, on behalf of Millerbrook Properties.
The recruitment agency is currently refitting the second-floor suite at the 6-storey building and is relocating from Barclay House on Whitworth Street West.
The deal follows Millerbrook Properties’ completion of a comprehensive refurbishment of the common areas of the 13,000 sq ft building. The deal leaves just a fifth-floor suite of the same size on the market.
