Market-leading provider of conveyancing search services for the legal profession, SearchFlow, has renewed its lease at Kings Hill, Kent, for a further ten years.
The company, which has been based at Kings Hill since 2007 and is part of Daily Mail and General Trust plc, conducts searches, surveys, identity checks and provides title insurance solutions to help legal clients streamline the conveyancing process. It runs more than one million conveyancing searches every year for more than 2,500 clients across the UK and employs a staff of 180.
“Kings Hill is the ideal base for us”, said Carole Marsden, UK sales director of SearchFlow. “The location is great with easy access to London and our staff really enjoy the on-site amenities, high quality environment and the benefit of free parking.
“It also supports our expansion plan, as we are continuing to grow our customer service operations to support our increasing customer base.”
Last year Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust signed property deals on more than 100,000 sq ft of office space. New arrivals included the Salvation Army, Onwave, Megger Instruments, Shawbrook Bank, Bellway Homes and CLS Group Services.
“This a great start to the year and we are delighted that SearchFlow has chosen to remain here,” said Caroline Binns of Liberty Property Trust. “This renewal builds on the success we had in the business park last year and 2018 demand looks strong too.”
As well as property and legal related businesses, Kings Hill has a varied and diverse tenant mix from many sectors including financial services, oil, food, automotive and telecommunications.
