Three Snowhill is the third and final office development on the Snowhill estate in Birmingham.
At 420,000 sq ft it is the largest ever speculative city centre office scheme built in the UK outside London.
The £200m building looks set to be the only new Grade A office space delivered ready for occupation in Birmingham city centre in 2019.
Three Snowhill is being delivered by M&G Real Estate and development partner Ballymore.
Once Three Snowhill is complete, the entire Snowhill estate will comprise 1million sq ft of commercial real estate (there is 1.2million sq ft of office space in the whole of Brindleyplace). In addition, there are four new public open spaces – Colmore Square piazza, the Metro boulevard – with one of the longest green walls in the UK – St Chads public open space and the winter garden between One and Two Snowhill.
