IM Properties strategic land arm, IM Land, is beginning to build its support team with the appointment of Kathryn Hemingway as land and planning manager and Tom Holdcroft as technical co-ordinator.
The new members will assist IM Land’s team of housing professionals drive growth and deliver sustainable new communities with 12,000 plots under its control and a further 7,000 in legals.
Kathryn joins IM Land from Cushman and Wakefield and Tom joins from Residential and Commercial Engineers Limited (RACE).
Kathryn says the opportunity presented at IM Land is particularly exciting as the company is moving at such a pace.

IM Land currently has developments in Bath, Maidenhead, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwick and Wycombe and outline planning for 1500 homes across two key sites in Solihull and Lichfield with a further 1000 with resolution to grant in Gaydon.
