Serviced office provider Pure Offices will open its 19th UK centre at Turnberry Park, Leeds on 26 March. Centre manager Carla Jennings will oversee the running of the newly refurbished building which will accommodate almost 80 flexible office units, several of which have already been reserved.
Pure Offices has spent £2m on an extensive refurbishment of the Turnberry Park building, located just 4 miles from the centre of Leeds and its show suite is open for viewings.
The centre will incorporate a range of office units designed to accommodate between 1 and 15 people. The building offers a first-class working environment where businesses can access meeting rooms, a business lounge, break out space, telephony and fast broadband.
Pure Offices was founded in 2007 and has built a comprehensive portfolio of serviced offices across the UK. The clear and affordable pricing structure has appealed to a range of occupiers with the flexible rolling contracts meeting the needs of modern businesses
Turnberry Park is Pure’s third building in the city coming on the back of successful centres at Pure Thorpe Park in the north east and Pure Broadgate in the city centre. The two existing centres enjoy consistently high levels of occupancy and the operator hopes the new space will help meet growing local demand for its flexible affordable office accommodation.
The centre is located just off the A650 Wakefield Road at Junction 27 of the M62. It is likely to attract interest from a range of sectors, with occupiers enjoying the benefits of joining a vibrant community of like-minded businesses. Alongside the physical space and free parking, businesses benefit from a busy events programme, designed to keep occupiers informed and encourage interaction
Pure Offices Managing Director Katie Whell said: “Our Turnberry Park centre has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and provides bright and contemporary office space for a range of different businesses. The new centre can accommodate both start-up and established businesses and help meet growing demand for quality space available on flexible terms.”
