Gordon Moon Properties has announced the recent completion of a new office letting at its iconic 60,000 sq ft Grade A office building 120 Bark Street in Bolton Town Centre.
The 3,500 sq ft letting at 120 Bark Street to 4Sight Imaging is the latest occupier to relocate to the building following the refurbishment of the office space last year. Relocating from out of town offices, 4Sight Imaging is a successful local business looking to expand in the property. Completed in 2010, notable occupiers include Keoghs, Post Office and Regus and there is a further 14,216 sq ft available across the Ground, 4th and 5th Floor.
At the same time, Knowsley House in Bolton has also welcomed a new tenant with national law firm, Cartwright King taking 2,200 sq ft of office accommodation. The prominent 5-storey property is centrally located and fully refurbished, providing a range of suites, as well as a modern renovated interior. In addition, there has been a significant transformation of the surrounding retail area, including the newly upgraded Market Place Shopping Centre.
Both properties are well located close to Bolton’s retail and business core, situated within a good and fast road network just off the A666, and close to the M60, M61 and motorway network. Arterial route bus stops are adjacent to the properties and they are both only a short walk away from Bolton Railway Station and the new Transport Interchange.
James Gordon, Managing Director of Gordon Moon Properties says;
“We’re delighted to welcome 4Sight Imaging to our flagship office property in the town centre. Innovation and focus is happening in Bolton with the town benefitting from well thought out private and public investment. Infrastructure and the overall offer of the town is rapidly improving and businesses taking the decision to relocate into high quality town centre office space will quickly see the benefits to their operation.”
Jonathan Cook, Senior Surveyor, CBRE’s Office Agency team in Manchester, commented:
“We are delighted to confirm the letting to 4Sight Imaging at 120 Bark Street. Manchester may be renowned for being a major business capital in the UK economy, but Bolton’s increasingly prolific economic activity is proving that business is booming outside of the big city too. Coupled this with its ranking as the fifth largest employment centre in the North West, it’s an ideal base for both local and national businesses.”
Appointed agents on the scheme are Miller Metcalfe Commercial, CBRE and Edwards and Co.
