FHP Property Consultants have confirmed that Impression, one of the region’s fastest growing digital marketing agencies with offices in both Nottingham and London have expanded their operations by leasing 8,000 sq ft at Fothergill House in Nottingham City Centre.
Impression specialises in helping businesses of all shapes and sizes to grow online. As a multi-award winning digital marketing agency, Impression provides search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and content marketing services. Their in-house design and development team builds websites and creative marketing campaigns for clients who include some of Nottingham’s biggest names.
Fothergill House was extensively refurbished by landlords, a fund managed by Clearbell Capital, who have created the type of space which is badly needed in Nottingham City Centre to meet the needs of its fast-growing tech centre. This includes a complete overhaul of the reception area as well as an industrial style stripped back refurbishment of the space which incorporates stunning views of Nottingham’s Council House and the city centre.
Tom Craig, Co-Founder of Impression commented:
“The move to Fothergill House marks the next step in what’s already been a very exciting and very successful journey for the Impression team. We’re extremely proud of our Nottingham roots, having spent our early years in the Lace Market, and Fothergill House provides us a central location with plenty of space to grow over the coming years. We are due to have our launch event and look forward to displaying our new base to the business people of Nottingham and beyond.”
Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants who acted on behalf of the landlords in the deal commented:
“We had been speaking with Impression Digital about their expansion plans for some time and the main challenge was sourcing the right environment for its teams and to attract further quality people to the business, in part, through its working environment.
Fothergill House undoubtedly does this with its stripped back style, incorporating LED over ethernet lighting and full air conditioning throughout. The space is heavily featured with its frontage being Watson Fothergill designed which is one of Nottingham’s stand out buildings.”
The building is located right in the heart of things with Market Square on the door step and The Alchemist which has recently opened across the road. There is a further floor available in the building and we would be delighted to speak to interested parties about the space.
Adam James of Clearbell Capital, commented:
“We are delighted to welcome Impression in to Fothergill House following our newly refurbished office space in this Grade II listed building. We have managed to expose some fantastic features which make this space so unique. The inspiration for the exposed service design was led initially by the building constraints, and tech sector influenced business space seen in UK hotspots such as Shoreditch, then we quickly capitalised on a severe supply demand imbalance for this style of office in Nottingham.”
LSH Nottingham offices are the joint agents on the scheme.
