Gordon House is owned by the existing occupier, who is moving to larger premises to accommodate expansion.
Sean Bremner, Director in LSH’s Nottingham Industrial and Logistics Department, said, “These premises are in an excellent location on the south side of Long Eaton, with easy access to Nottingham, Derby and the M1. Ideally we would like to let the property as a whole, but smaller units can be created by its nature.”
