National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has brought a warehouse with showroom and office accommodation totalling nearly 20,000 sq ft to the market on a prime site between Nottingham and Derby.
The property – Gordon House – is in a well-established location in Acton Grove, Long Eaton, with good connections to the A52, A50, the M1 and East Midlands Airport.
The three-bay portal frame warehouse has a rear yard with parking and loading loading via roller shutter doors. It includes kitchen and staff welfare facilities.
Attached to the warehouse is a two storey office block and a showroom area. There is also forecourt parking. The total area is 19,294 sq ft
Gordon House is owned by the existing occupier, who is moving to larger premises to accommodate expansion.
Sean Bremner, Director in LSH’s Nottingham Industrial and Logistics Department, said, “These premises are in an excellent location on the south side of Long Eaton, with easy access to Nottingham, Derby and the M1. Ideally we would like to let the property as a whole, but smaller units can be created by its nature.”
