The North West Property and Asset Management team at JLL has been appointed to two Manchester commercial property management assets by Royal London Mutual Insurance Society, totaling 295,000 sq ft.
At Three Hardman Square, JLL will manage the 187,000 sq ft building which is home to occupiers including WorldPay, Towergate Insurance and law firm TLT.
Royal London has also instructed the team to manage One New York Street. The 13-storey building comprises 108,000 sq ft of office accommodation let to occupiers including Marks & Clerk LLP, AECOM and Turley Associates. JLL’s capital markets team advised Invesco Real Estate in the sale of the scheme to Royal London at the end of 2017.
JLL has also appointed two new facilities managers via TUPE agreements within the new contracts.
Stephanie Moore, Associate Director – Property and Asset Management at JLL, said: “Securing these contracts further cements our strong relationship with Royal London in Manchester. We now manage over 16 million sq ft of commercial space across the North West for a range of institutional investors.”
