M&G Real Estate, alongside development partner Ballymore, has released a new video showing how Three Snowhill will fit into the Birmingham skyline.
The footage also includes a fly-through of the building’s interior, including the 10,000 sq ft ground floor reception, and a view up into the 17-storey fully glazed atrium, the tallest in the city.
One of the sixteen 25,000 sq ft floorplates is also on show, along with the stunning views of the city from the building.
At 420,000 sq ft, Three Snowhill will be the largest ever speculative city centre office scheme built in the UK outside London. Now in its final year of construction, the £200m building will be the only new Grade A office space delivered in the city in 2019.
Richard Probert, project director at Three Snowhill, said: “Already visible from around the city, Three Snowhill will be a dominant gateway to the city’s office core from the M6.
“We wanted the video to give just a flavour of the fantastic uninterrupted views across the city skyline from the floor-to-ceiling windows on each of the floor-plates.”
JLL and Savills are joint letting agents at Three Snowhill.
