National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has strengthened its Lincoln office with another senior appointment.
Andrew France joins the team as associate director in the planning and development consultancy and agency divisions.
Andrew brings almost 20 years’ experience in both commercial and residential property and will support the continued development of the LSH brand across the Lincolnshire region.
Born locally, Andrew spent several years working within a number of top four surveying firms in London’s West End, before owning and operating a diverse professional practice in West Sussex for five years.
He has worked with another respected Lincoln surveying practice for the last few years
A former chairman of Lincoln Minster Round Table, Andrew is a father-of-two. His interests include shooting, skiing and travel.
Andrew said: “I’m delighted to be joining LSH at a particularly exciting time in the development of the firm’s Lincoln office. I have lived and worked in the region for many years and intend to build on existing relationships to grow the business.
“I am also fortunate to be working with senior colleagues who are extremely well known and respected in their regional markets. I will be working collaboratively with other LSH offices and service lines to offer a compelling proposition for existing and new clients alike.”
