SevenCapital has completed its first industrial development of two market leading B1, B2 and B8 industrial and logistics units in Northampton, with one 41,786 sq ft unit (Seven 40) already under offer prior to completion. The remaining 63,484 sq ft unit (Seven 60) is now complete and available for market.
Both units include 50m (minimum) service yards and floor loading capacity of 50kN/sq m, along with fully fitted, modern offices, suitable for logistics and light industrial.

It officially launched on Wednesday, March 7th at an event for agents and occupiers.
