GVA will be headlining growth and investment in the West of England by attending this year’s global property and real estate show, MIPIM.
MIPIM, which takes place in Cannes, from March 13-16, is expected to attract around 24,000 visitors from all around the world, with delegates including investors, developers, local authorities, members of the property and real estate industry, and media.
In its role as leading experts in the commercial property investment, planning and development industry, GVA is supporting Invest in Bristol and Bath, and the West of England Combined Authority in their attendance at this influential event. GVA will be promoting the transformational projects in the region that provide opportunities for global investment.
Gordon Isgrove, Regional Senior Director of GVA’s Bristol office, is attending MIPIM along with Bristol based Jo Davis, GVA’s National Head of Planning and Development.
Gordon says, “Our role will be to highlight the West of England as a focus for international investment. In fact, at least £10billion of investment opportunities within the combined authority area will be on the table.
“Along with other UK regions, the West of England is competing for the attention of potential investors, and this is the opportunity to get in front of decision makers to highlight the massive potential for fulfilling our ambitious plans for the region.”
Metro Mayor Tim Bowles will be attending, along with representatives of Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council, and South Gloucestershire Council, together with organisations including Bristol Airport, Business West and the region’s Universities.
GVA will be joining Invest in Bristol and Bath on Stand R9.B at MIPIM.
