Real estate investment company, Skelton Group has pre-let the whole of Ashwood House, Almondsbury Business Centre in North Bristol to KDC Group who provide specialist engineering solutions to the aerospace and defence industries.
Ashwood House forms part of Almondsbury Business Centre, a park comprising nine modern office buildings set in a mature landscaped setting, with ample car parking with good access to the M4/M5 motorway interchange in the north of Bristol. KDC will be joining Vistair, April UK, Novus, Happy Days Nurseries, Briggs and Forester Group, Direct Access Finance Ltd and Hobbs Scott Engineering.
KDC agreed to acquire the detached self-contained office building which comprises 4,182 sq ft on two floors on a new 10 year lease at a commencing rental of £64,821 per annum, prior to the completion of the extensive refurbishment works to the offices.
KDC are relocating from multi-let in the Aztec Centre to enable further expansion of their business which provides a cutting edge solutions for the aerospace and defence industries. Major clients include Airbus, GKN, Cobham and GE Aviation.
